Junior Golf Program

The Platteville Golf & Country Club will offer a junior golf program for 2025. Registration is handled through the the Platteville Country Club. There are forms available in the golf shop. The Program begins on June 9, 2025 and ends on July 23, 2025. It’s offered every Monday and Wednesday during that time. Instruction is under Brandon Temperly.

Description

Platteville Golf & Country Club, Platteville School District are working together to offer these youth golf lessons. The goal of the program is to teach fundamentals of the game while incorporating rules, integrity and etiquette. A junior golf membership is included with the programs fees for your child! A junior golf tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23 2023

Program Dates and Times

2-3rd Graders 7:30-815 or 8:30-9:15 a.m.

4-5th Graders 9:30-10:15 a.m.

6-8th Graders 10:30-11:15 a.m.

High School 11:30-12:15

Junior Golfers’ Rules & Regulations

Junior golfers 12 and over will be allowed to play without an adult any time except Tuesdays & Wednesdays after 3:00 and on Thursdays, 10:30 to 3:00 p.m. Junior golfers 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Kids are encouraged to set a tee time in the golf shop to play golf after their instruction.
